modern slavery, in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
02. Scope
This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of CCP Gransden Ltd, including employees, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and business partners.
03. Definitions
• Modern Slavery: Encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced or
compulsory labour.
• Human Trafficking: The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring, or receipt
of persons by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, or abuse
of power for the purpose of exploitation.
• Forced or Compulsory Labor: Any work or service demanded from a person under
the threat of a penalty, which they have not offered voluntarily.

dealings and relationships. We will implement and enforce effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery within our operations and supply chain.

To identify and mitigate modern slavery risks, we will:
