CCP Gransden Secures Prestigious SC21 Gold Award

CCP Gransden has achieved a significant milestone by being honored with the esteemed SC21 Gold Award. This accolade underscores the company's commitment to manufacturing excellence and reliably delivering specialist composites solutions for some of the most demanding customers.

SC21, standing for "21st Century Supply Chains," is a renowned program aimed at raising performance standards in the aerospace, defense, security and space sectors. Companies that excel in this program showcase superior efficiency, quality, and reliability in their operations. CCP Gransden had spent several years working through the bronze and silver levels. CCP Gransden's attainment of the SC21 Gold Award places them at the highest category of industry performance.

Notably, CCP Gransden is the sole UK-based composites manufacturer to meet the stringent criteria for the SC21 Gold Award. This feat highlights their commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation and quality in the sector.

The SC21 Gold Award was presented to CCP Gransden at the 2023 DSEI show (The world's premier defence exhibition) by the ADS Group CEO Mr Kevin Craven and SC21 Head Mr Colin Hart. CCP Gransden Managing Director, Mr Jim Erskine, was joined at the presentation by several senior managers from Thales (A key customer who supported CCP Gransden's journey to first securing the earlier bronze and silver levels of the award) including the UK CEO Mr Alex Creswell and Northern Ireland Manager Mr Philip McBride.
